    When will my item be shipped?

    Rest assured knowing that your order will be sent out from our print studio as soon as possible. This is usually within one or two days but please allow 1-4 days. 

    Do you accept Returns & Exchanges?

    We do accept most returns & exchanges under the following conditions: 

    • Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
    • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
    • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

    If your item was damaged in the post please contact us with photos of the damage and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

    What are your average shipping times?

    Standard Delivery: 

    UK: 1-2 Business Days

    International: 3-7 Business Days

    Upgraded Delivery:

    UK: Next day by 1pm (if ordered in the morning)

    International: 3-7 Business Days – Tracked & Signed. 

    Can i cancel my order?

    Yes! As long as the item has not been dispatched we’d be happy to cancel your order and give you a full refund.
